You may choose to be an employee of our company or you can opt to be a private contractor. This allows team members to build a job around their life, not a life around a job. Higher Pay: Team members receive a highly competitive “per visit” pay for their assigned position according to their education, experience and skill sets

Freedom & Flexibility: You create whatever schedule works for you. Whether you work 2 hours or 40, we value your contribution to the Carolina Pediatric Therapy team.

Tax Benefits: As a private contractor you are entitled to many tax breaks. We will work to ensure that you are aware of and taking advantage of these benefits.

Less Paperwork: We strive to keep lengthy paperwork to a minimum. We take care of Insurance certifications, Doctor’s orders, and the other time consuming paper work to allow our team members to be the “therapists” they were trained to be.

Child and Family-Centered: We believe in child-centered approach to therapy, focusing on results and family education. We do not use “cookie-cutter” treatments for our patients, but individualize each treatment plan for the child and their family.

Marketing: We market our business aggressively to provide as many patients as our team members would like to treat. Our marketing approach includes: top notch web site, professional brochures, business cards, personal email addresses, and hours of phone calls, meetings, and other public relations activities to ensure that Carolina Rehab is known as a leading provider of pediatric rehabilitation services.

Billing: At Carolina Pediatric Therapy we handle all aspects of billing and payment issues for our patients and we never require our therapist to wait for payment.

Training: We want our therapist to constantly improve their skill level and to be life long learners. At Carolina Peds we provide $200 per year for approved continuing education for our full-time employees and contractors.
