At Carolina Pediatric Therapy we have developed a philosophy that embraces positivity, collaboration, and innovation. Our team members are our greatest assets. Creating a positive, productive and enjoyable work environment is our priority.

There are many benefits to becoming a part of the Carolina Pediatric Therapy family. Here are just a few:

A Place for Seasoned and Newer Clinicians: Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned clinician, our team has a place for you. We love the diversity that comes from all levels of experience working together. We can all learn from one another, and providing support for professionals across their careers and seasons of life is something you’ll experience with our team.

Competitive Compensation Packages:
Team members receive a highly competitive compensation package for pediatric settings and their assigned position according to their education, experience and skill sets. Benefits include healthcare and supplemental insurances, 401k, Financial Wellness Program, CEU allowance, gas allowance for those who serve in community and home settings, and generous PTO allowance.

Flexible Schedules:
Whether you work part-time or full-time, we value your contribution to the Carolina Pediatric Therapy team. Typical schedules are within a M-F, 8a-6p framework, however some positions offer modified schedules such as 10a-7p depending on the needs of our patients.

Streamlined Processes and Systems for less Paperwork:
While documentation is part of any healthcare service these days, we strive to keep lengthy paperwork to a minimum by our innovative systems, technology and streamlined processes. We take care of doctor’s orders, insurance certifications, billing, and the other time consuming “behind-the-scenes” processes to allow our team members to focus on care. Therapists are responsible for providing amazing high quality care, documenting services, communication and coordination, and managing their caseloads efficiently and effectively.

Child and Family-Centered:
We believe in a child and family centered approach to therapy, focusing on results through family and caregiver coaching, education and empowerment. We do not use “cookie-cutter” treatments for our patients, but individualize each treatment plan for the child and their family.

Training:
We want our therapist to constantly improve their skill level and to be life long learners. At Carolina Pediatric Therapy we provide $200 per year for approved continuing education for our full-time employees.
