Courtney Webb Carriveau, MS, OTR/L, Director of Occupational & Physical Therapy
Graduate of East Carolina University. I first knew I wanted to work with children when from a very young age. I spent my youth babysitting and volunteering in Leaders club through the YMCA. Working with children has always been my passion! My experience includes feeding (trained in SOS and CAN-EAT approaches), reflex integration, trauma-informed practice, strengths based autism approach, early intervention, handwriting (Handwriting Without Tears approach), sensory integration, iLs (integrated listening systems), IM (interactive metronome), Beckman Oral Motor protocol. I love working with children because they are inspiring, there is a never a dull moment, and I love working with families! My hobbies are being outside! I love to hike and explore new parks and playgrounds with my husband and 2 daughters, working in my vegetable garden, trying out new art projects with my crafty extended family, camping in our pop-up camper and any gatherings with friends! I have been with Carolina Peds since 2012. I am surrounded by a team of compassionate, supportive, and dedicated colleagues that share the same passion as I do.

Graduate from Campbell. I first knew I wanted to work with children when I was in college and completed a clinical rotation with children. I have 3+ years of experience in Pediatrics. I love working with children because I get to be creative to develop fun activities while still focusing on our goals. My hobbies are playing with my son, Knox, and dog, Spud. Watching movies with my family. I have been with Carolina Peds since 2019 everyone has the same mission to provide the best care for our patients.

Graduate from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I first knew I wanted to work with children when I was privileged to work with individuals with different abilities as a young child. My experience includes developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, sports injuries, etc. Specialties: serial casting. I love working with children because I get to make it fun and help kiddos achieve goals they never thought possible. My hobbies are Fitness, crafting, reading, spending time with my husband and our fur babies. I have been with Carolina Peds since 2022 and I love the collaborative approach Carolina Peds offers and love being part of a diverse but supportive team.

Sally McCoy, LPT
Graduate from University of Michigan. I knew I wanted to work with children when I was in high school and taught swimming to disabled children. My experience includes a wide range of pediatrics over 45 years, hospital, school, community and clinic practice. Also special interest in hippotherapy and severe and complex diagnosis working with babies & children with complex medical issues, hippotherapy, helping parents navigate a world not intended for those with disability. I love working with children because the show you what's real in life and the are so receptive to grow and learn. My hobbies are helping run the Therapeutic Riding Center, I'm involved in community volunteer work and Church activities. I love lake and river boating all water related activities, horses, cooking, being with my daughter. I have been with Carolina Peds since 2011 people at Carolina Peds care about the employees and the families we serve. It is a family that is making a difference in our community and the lives of our kids!
